Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an elastic knitted fabric not causing the puckering of yarns at the boundary between parts having different shrinkage powers each other.
CONSTITUTION: In an elastic knitted fabric in which parts containing knitted elastic yarns in a knitted fabric comprising non-elastic yarns are formed in a mutually adjacent state, the elastic yarns and the non-elastic yarns exhibiting mutually different elastic properties is arranged with polyetherester elastic yarns thermally set in the state knitted in the non-elastic yarns to change the boundary between the above-mentioned parts exhibiting the mutually different elastic properties into a non-puckering state.
