Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an X-ray tube rarely causing corrosion, capable of being stably used over a long period, excellent in heat conductivity, and having high cooling efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: An X-ray tube is provided with an anode block 11 formed with a cooling recess 5 fixed with an anode target 4 and circulated with a coolant inside. The anode block 11 is made of an inclined function material having a high-melting point metal on the side kept in contact with the anode target 4, high-heat conductivity ceramic on the other side, and a region D gradually changed with the content of the high-melting point metal and the high-heat conductivity ceramic in the middle.
