Abstract:
PURPOSE: To miniaturize the device by diminishing a tray in width.
CONSTITUTION: The tray 10 is housed into and ejected from a reproducing device main body 12. A rotary table 14 is disposed on the tray 10, and CDs 26 are held by three disk holding parts 18 of the rotary table respectively, and their continuous reproduction is carried out by a reproducing unit 24. The CDs 26 are held by the rotary table 14 under the state of protruding one part of each individual CD from the diameter of the rotary table 14. The width of the tray 10 is so settled that when the rotary table 14 is rotated, the rotation is in the state of protruding one part of each CD 26 from the width of the tray 10 by its rotating position. At the time of ejecting the tray 10, the ejection is performed by positioning the rotary table 14 in its rotating position to be in such a state that the CDs 26 held by the disk holding parts 18 are not protruded out of the width of the tray 10. By this method, the tray 10 can be ejected without making the CDs 26 collide with a tray exit 28.
