PURPOSE: To provide a beverage container selective recovery box capable of surely and automatically sorting empty containers into two kinds at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: This beverage container selective recovery box is constituted of a main recovery box 1 storing steel cans S, an auxiliary recovery box 2 storing the other empty containers A, and a cover coupled with the recovery box. An insertion port 4 slightly larger than the container diameter R is provided on the front wall of the cover 3 in the longitudinal direction, and a guide body 5 reaching above the main recovery box 1 continuously from the insertion port 4 is fitted inside the cover 3. A container drop port 6 opened larger than the container length (h) toward the auxiliary recovery box 2 is formed at least at the front section of the guide body 5, a permanent magnet 9 is fitted on the outside of the formation section of the container drop port 6, and the steel cans S and the other empty containers A are automatically sorted via the utilization of the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 9.
