In the formula I, X is S or O, each of R1 and R2 is H, alkyl or optionally substd. aryl and each of Ar1 and Ar2 is optionally substd. aryl or a heterocyclic group. In the formula II, each of R3 and R4 is H, alkyl or optionally substd. aryl and Ar3 is optionally substd. aryl or a heterocyclic group.
