PURPOSE: To provide a metal fixture for hang bolts which has a sufficient temporary fixing capacity and reduces the production cost.

CONSTITUTION: In a metal fixture 20 for a hang bolt provided with a cylindrical nut 21 having a collar 24, which can be fitted by inserting in a dovetail groove and rotating by almost 90 degrees, and a flexible rotation-prohibiting member 22 preventing the cylindrical nut 21 from rotating by inserting in the dovetail groove, the cylindrical nut 21 is provided with a conical spring 23 which contacts the outer edge of the dovetail groove and fixes the cylindrical nut and the large diameter part serves as the rotation-prohibiting member by the contact thereof.
