Abstract:
PURPOSE:To execute an operation being equal to that by an operator by inputting a converted membership value to a neural net by using a membership function set in advance, and executing automatically an operator's ambiguous inference by learning a history in the past. CONSTITUTION:In a membership conversion process 69, a disturbance, the process state quantity, the evaluation quantity, and the process operation quantity at plural time points in the past are converted to membership values by a membership function set in advance. A learning neural net 71 executes learning by using the converted membership values. Subsequently, from the weight coefficient distribution of a learned neural net (predicting neural net) 72, a fuzzy rule with the degree of conviction is led out, and based thereon, an inference is executed. In such a manner, the operation which is adapted to an actual result performed by an operator and the previous instance, but ambiguous can be executed easily as engineering by small labor.
