PURPOSE: To facilitate dialing of recording paper sheets and prevent diagonal traveling of paper sheets in the manual paper sheets feeding by providing an inclined surface to one end part of a hinge part which supports a manual feeding tray in a rotatable manner.

CONSTITUTION: A base part of a paper sheets manual feeding tray 3 is supported by a device body in a rotatable manner through a hinge part 5. An inclined surface 5a is provided on the surface of the paper sheets side in the hinge part 5 on the dial side for positioning the paper sheets manual feeding tray 3. This arrangement prevents the one end part of recording paper sheets (P) which are manually fed from being hit against the inclined surface 5a, enabling easy movement of the one end part along the inclined surface 5a toward the outside (the dial side), facilitating the positioning of the recording paper sheets (P) and generating no diagonal traveling of the recording paper sheets in transferring the paper sheets.
