Abstract:
PURPOSE: To readily produce high-purity diadenosine tetraphosphate in a high yield.
CONSTITUTION: A diadenosine tetraphosphate-containing solution is brought into contact with an anion-exchange resin to make diadenosine tetraphosphate adsorbed on the anion-exchange resin. The adsorbed diadenosine tetraphosphate is eluted in steps using solutions having mutually different pH and salt concentration respectively.
