PURPOSE: To lighten tools, etc., and facilitate its use without the strain of a hand by providing joint holes on both end parts of a hollow main body, press- inserting joint stems connected in series to tool bodies into these joint holes and welding jointed parts.

CONSTITUTION: A main body 1 is formed in a hollow body and joint holes 2, 3 are provided on both end parts of this hollow main body 1. Joint stems 6, 7 connected to tool bodies 4, 5 are press-inserted into these joint holes 2, 3 and jointed parts 8, 9 are welded and subjected to a painting process after finish process. As the main body 1 is formed in a hollow body like this, a tool lightened by a hollow volume without the strain of a hand is obtained. Further, as the joint stems 6, 7 connected in series to the tool bodies 4, 5 are press- inserted into the joint holes 2, 3 formed at both end parts of this hollow main body 1 and the jointed parts 8, 9 are welded, the tool bodies 4, 5 are locked to the hollow main body 1 firmly and no loss in its property may take place.
