Abstract:
PURPOSE:To set the accurate fixed quantity despite the continuous unreadable states by providing a fixed quantity setting means which controls the supply of the raw material to a container based on the weighing value given from a value measuring means or a weighing value estimating means. CONSTITUTION:A switch means 7 of a fixed quantity setting meter 5 applies the weighing value data (BCD code signal) outputted from a value measuring means 6 when the read enable/unable signal received from the means 6 shows a readable state. Then the meter 5 gives the weighing value data to a change variable arithmetic means 8, a weighing value estimating means 9, and a fixed quantity setting means 10 respectively. When an unreadable state is shown, the weighing data is bypassed and disused. The means 9 applies the present weighing value data PV1 applied by the means 7 and the weighing value data PV2 inputted in the previous measurement scan in order to calculate the changed variable PV (=PV2-PV1). The means 10 applies the data PV1.
