Abstract:

PURPOSE: To recognize an antiplatelet antibody in blood, obtain an adsorbing material joined with the antibody and fulfill a high effect on the cure of ITP, etc., by using polypeptide containing specified aminoacid arrangement or polypeptide for adorning the same.

CONSTITUTION: An antiplatelet antibody adsorbing material preferable for curing a sudden platelet reducing purpura (ITP) bringing about symptoms like bleeding and purple spots caused by the reduction of platelets due to the existence of antiblood platelet antibody contains at least one kind of cross-linking specified aminoacid arrangement and is manufactured by fixing polypeptide having 70 or less of sum of cross-linking amino acid in an insoluble matter to water. As the arrangement of the specified aminoacid are enumerated (1) Glu, Thr, Asn, Val, Gly, Ser, (2) Glu, Lys, Thr, Glu, Glu, Ala, Glu, Lys, Thr, (3) Glu, Pro, Glu, Gln, Pro, Ser, Arg, Leu.
