Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a stuck trace to be erased with an erasing liquid containing no fluoric acid and to solve an ink attachment problem due to burning treatment by specifying a photosensitive material.

CONSTITUTION: This photosensitive planographic printing plate is formd by coating an aluminum plate grained and anodized on the surface with a positive type photosensitive resin composition containing at least an alkali-soluble resin and at least one kind of photosensitive substance of polyhydroxyl 1,2- or 2,1- naphthoquinonediazido-5- or -4-sulfonate represented by formula I in which each of R1 an organic group, a simple bond, -S-, -SO-, or -SO2-; R2 is H, a univalent group, or a group represented by formula II; each of R3-R7 is H, OH, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, or alkenyl, but at least one of them is OH; X is a divalent organic group; and m is 0 or 1.
