Title:
MULTIPLE-POINT EQUAL FORCE APPLYING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH054212
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To apply equalized force to multiple products of different heights so as to meet a change in the product shape by designing so that the first points of specified numbers of equalizing beams are common and the ratio of the first distance to the second distance is almost the same as the specified numbers of the equalizing beams.

CONSTITUTION: A beam 41 is of radially symmetrical and has a spherical main beam bearing surface 42 at its center, and at the both ends, another spherical bearings 49 are provided to be connected to auxiliary beams 43, 44, and the spherical beam bearings can compensate any inclination of the beam 41. The auxiliary beams are easily connected to pressure plates 45, and the both pressure plates connected to the auxiliary beams are always in parallel to each other. At the both ends of the auxiliary beams, brackets 46 supporting the both sides of the auxiliary beams and the pressure plates are provided. The pressure plates are loosely hanged using through bolts so that positions of the spherical bearings to the pressure plates are automatically determined when the pressure plates touch products.
