CONSTITUTION: A magnetic head 208 loaded on a head holder 250 in corresponding to the magnetic recording layer 16 of a negative film 10, is provided on the camera 200, and supported so as to slide on a rail 252. A guiding shaft 262 rotating by the drive of a motor 268 is screwed on the head holder 250. When the guiding shaft 262 is rotated, the head holder 250 is moved toward the fitting part 202 of a cartridge, and the head gap 272 of a recording head 208 is moved in a state where it is always in contact with the negative film 10, as well. This movement is executed in synchronization with the feeding of a frame after being photographed, the relative speed of the negative film 10 and the recording head 208 is a value obtained by adding their speeds, and the speed at the time of recording and reproducing is actually increased.
