Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control the pressure, and especially the temperature, of upper and lower nozzles independently without substantially varying the height of structure and without causing any output loss.
CONSTITUTION: Both ventilators 7, 8 are disposed on the inside of the inlet parts 24, 25 of associated pressure cases 11, 12 at substantially same height on the floor 23 lower than the level of a lower nozzle case 5. Furthermore, both pressure case inlet parts extend at substantially same height or being arranged on the floor over the entire pressure case being measure in the carrying direction 26. The ventilator 8 at the pressure case inlet part 25 partitioned from a backflow chamber 19 has a suction pipe thereof penetrating the other pressure case inlet part 24.
