PURPOSE: To fill homogeneous concrete by connecting a concrete conveying pipe to the lower section of a steel pipe, and filling replenishing mortar to the bottom section of the steel pipe prior to the concrete press-in process.
CONSTITUTION: A conveying pipe 20 is connected to the lower section of a steel pipe 10, and a valve 21 and a conveying pump 30 are arranged on the conveying pipe 20. A tremie pipe 50 is inserted into the steel pipe 10, replenishing mortar 40 is fed through the tremie pipe 50 and filled to the bottom section of the steel pipe 10. The valve 21 is opened, and the conveying pump 30 is operated to press concrete into the steel pipe 10. The press-in pressure of concrete can be reduced, and the small conveying pump 30 is sufficient for use.
