Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of an editor by finding an element, which will bring about a position error at the time of compilation or execution, out of elements defined by the form layout editor at the time of definition.
CONSTITUTION: After syntax check, element information A of a defined element A and element information B of an element B related to the element A are acquired by an element information acquiring means 2. An element range check means 3 checks whether both of elements A and B are within a range to be defined or not based on acquired element information A and B. An element overlap check means 4 checks whether another element is defined in the range of the element A or not. Error information of errors found by the element range check means 3 and the element overlap check means 4 are stored in an error information storage means 5. After error check, errors are displayed based on error information stored in the error information storage means 5.
