PURPOSE: To obtain optimum travelling characteristics in any region by learning operations of a driver based on an automobile position detection signal, thereby changing control gains of a learning program which has learnt the operations of the driver in accordance with a learning map for each region.
CONSTITUTION: A position detecting sensor 18 for receiving signals from a space satellite and detecting the position of an automobile is provided in a detection system for a learning control automobile. Besides, a manual switch 34, etc., for changing control gains of various control devices 3, 7, 9, 12, 14, 15 are provided in an operation system. Furthermore, a main computer unit 50, a ROM 51 housing a specified program, a RAM 52 housing a reloadable program, etc., are provided in a control system. The main computer unit 50 controls various types of control devices 3-15, respectively. In this case, the main computer unit 50 changes the control gains of a learning program in the RAM 52 in accordance with a learning map for each region in the ROM 51.
