PURPOSE: To obtain a software-medium copying apparatus in which operations from a copying operation up to a labeling operation, a magazine housing operation and the like can be performed consistently and with good efficiency and which can flexibly deal with a change in the content of the operations.
CONSTITUTION: An uncopied medium is set on a copying apparatus 4 from an uncopied-medium stocker 1, and the content of a master medium is copied onto the uncopied medium. A controller 7 instructs a label printer 5 about the content of a label on the basis of a content recorded on the master medium, the label printer 5 prints a label to be pasted on a copied medium 6, and the label is pasted. The labeled copied medium is housed in an envelope 10 by an envelope insertion means 8, it is sorted by a copied content, and it is housed in a magazine. The magazine storing the copied medium is housed in a prescribed section on a housing shelf 13 by a magazine conveyance means 12.
