Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable efficient removal of dust, etc., from clothes at the time when completion of drying process is discriminated, by means of stopping electricity to a dryer's heating section, and of controlling turning drum's driving section to switch cyclically high output and low output alternate with each other.
CONSTITUTION: Normally, when a microcomputer 50 directs ordinary drying operation, it electrifies a motor 21 and a heating section 19, in which case, number of rotation of the motor 21 is selected at a normal speed, and a drying process is completed when difference between temperature at the heater's exit and entrance, detected by the temperature sensors, viz. the first one 30H and the second one 30L, each reaches the value previously set. The micro-computer drives only the motor 21, rotates a fan for normal cooling down function. Subsequently, it performs ATPIT control for enhancing collectability of dust, etc. And, this ATPIT control gives time factor for the motor 21 to set both low output and high output, and the ATPIT control cycle based upon the drying time and ROM memorized tables.
