PURPOSE: To obtain a toner having rapid mixing property, stable triboelectrifying property and relatively constant fusing property by containing a substituted polyoxazoline resin particle, a pigment particle and an optional charge increasing additive to give positive charge to a toner resin particle.

CONSTITUTION: The toner composition contains the substituted polyoxazoline and/or a substituted linear polyethylene imine, the pigment particle and the optional charge increasing additive. For example, the toner composition is prepared by mixing polyoxazoline, the pigment particle such as magnetite, carbon black or the mixture and the charge increasing additive such as tertiary- ammonium hydrogen in a toner extruding machine, heating and after that, taking out to cool and pulverizing by an ultrafine pulverizer. As a result, low fusing melting temp. and wide fusing latitude are attained and color adaptability and positive or negative loner triboelectrifying performance are improved.
