PURPOSE: To prevent snow by inclining a snow shelter plate in the winter season, and improve visibility by keeping the snow shelter plate horizontally in the summer season.

CONSTITUTION: Many pillars 1 are standingly provided at intervals along a track bed or the side part of a road, many supporting shaft journaling metal fittings 3 having supporting shaft fitting grooves 2 are fixed to respective pillars 1 at intervals in the vertical direction, and the supporting shaft 5 fixed to the center part in the width direction of a snow shelter plate 4 is arranged in nearly horizontal condition. Both end parts of the supporting shaft are fitted into the supporting shaft fitting grooves 2 of the supporting shaft journaling metal fitting 3, and a stopper 6 for preventing slip-out of the supporting shaft is fitted to the supporting shaft journaling metal fitting 3. A vertical rod 7 in parallel with the pillar 1 is pivotally fitted to one end part in the width direction of each snow shelter plate 4 arranged in parallel with the vertical direction, and the vertical rod 7 is fixed to the pillar 1 so as to be able to adjust the position in the vertical direction.
