Abstract:
PURPOSE: To satisfactorily remove echo even when an input voice signal is switched or a sound image localizing position is changed.
CONSTITUTION: Voice signals from counter spots are converted to voice signals for respective speaker parts by sound image localization processing parts 31-3m corresponding to the spots. The voice signal for the same speaker part are synthesized by synthesizing means 20r and 20l, sounded and outputted from speaker parts Sr and Sl. The voices from the respective speaker parts are arrived at a microphone part M as echo. Transmitting signals containing echo components are transmitted while the echo components are removed successively through plural echo canceler parts 11-1m. The respective echo canceler parts 11-1m fetch the voice signals before sound image localization processing as reference signals for pseudo echo formation. In the case of the echo canceler between multiple spots to change the sound image localizing position, a switch part 60 is provided on the input side of the sound image localization processing parts, and the voice signals from the other spots are imparted to the sound image localization processing part corresponding to a change command.
