Title:
RECTIFIER MEANS OF FLOWING-DOWN HEAT COLLECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0642819
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manifest a stabilized performance even with a low flow rate by constructing a contactor of rectifier means with at least part of side edges of many division lines provided in the direction intersecting an edge in contact with a heat reception plate, and providing parallely many such contactors along the edge of a resiliently deformable plate material.

CONSTITUTION: Rectifier means 1a includes a contactor and comprises a resiliently deformable plate material, and includes many division lines 4 in the direction intersecting an edge 3 thereof on the side in contact with a heat reception plate 2 and along the edge 3. One of adjacent edges 4a, 4b on opposite sides bonded by the division line 4 is displaced with respect to the other, and the surface of the heat reception plate 2 and at least parts of the adjacent edges 4a, 4b of the division lines 4 are brought into contact with each other parallely or in the state with any interval. A fluid discharged from supply means 6 of a received heat medium fluid adheres to the heat reception plate 2 and flows down along the same, and a remaining fluid dropped onto a dish surface 7 of the rectifier plate 1 also flows down on the dish surface and flows around the edge 3 of the rectifier plate. In such a manner. the fluid passes through a gap 8 formed with a substantially flat thin space constructed between the heat reception plate 2 and individual tongue-shaped pieces 5 to undergo a laterally flattened rectification action.
