Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a loft angle measuring apparatus for a golf club which enables automatic display of a loft angle simply by making an angle detection plate abut a face of a golf club placed.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is made up of golf club carrier sections 14 and 15, an angle detection plate 27 which is made free to approach or separate from a face of a golf club 13 placed on the carrier sections 14 and 15 while being free to rotate, an encoder connected to the angle detection plate 27 to output a rotation value of the angle detection plate 27, a display section 16 and a control section which is linked to the encoder and the display section 16 to display the lot angle of the face of the golf club on the display section 16 with the encoder.
