Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent defective circulation of a refrigerant, to reduce a sealing refrigerant amount of a system, and to improve high lift performance by a method wherein, during heating operation, a refrigerant at the outlet of an indoor unit is brought into a gas liquid two-phase state.
CONSTITUTION: A multiroom cooling heating device is provided with a heat- exchanger 12 on the utilization side connected in series, a second flow valve 15 disposed in parallel to a first flow valve 14, and a control device 23 to input detecting values from a pressure detector 16 and a temperature detector 17 and control the opening of the second flow valve 15.
