CONSTITUTION: Number of storage cells of a storage section (2nd storage means) 33 of a CCD line sensor is equal to number of sensor sections (sensing means) 31. After a charge from the sensor section 31 is transferred to a vertical transfer register (1st storage means) 32 and transferred to the storage section 33 during the vertical blanking period, shifted to a horizontal transfer register 34 in a prescribed timing and read through an output amplifier 35. When exposure is controlled by the CCD sensor itself, the charge in the sensor section just before in a prescribed timing is sent to the vertical transfer register 32 from the sensor section 31 and the change equivalent to on field in the vertical transfer register 32 is sent to the storage section 33 at a high speed during the vertical blanking period. Then a SUB elimination pulse is driven at an interval of a prescribed time m-times in one field and a ROG transfer pulse is driven for a prescribed interval on the way of one field from the prescribed time.
