Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form contact setting surfaces on an upper surface and a lower surface, which are accurately located with respect to a valve spring disk.
CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber piston 13 comprises two piston halves 14, 15 or two piston halves 14, 15 and one bush arranged at a center connected with each other. Bores 17, 17' in annular chambers for containing a piston rod do not exist in the bush. Annular contact setting surfaces for a valve spring disk positioned around the piston rod are always accurately positioned at the height of the bottom of the annular chambers.
