Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the strain of a stamper by nonuniform expansion and the crack in a radial direction from an outer periphery by molding a molten resin supplied by two molding dies which are brought into pressurized contact face to face with each other and the stamper to constitute a matrix.
CONSTITUTION: After the stamper 3 is mounted with high accuracy by means of an outer peripheral ring 8 to the prescribed position on the specular surface plate 2 of the molding die 1, this stamper is moved to be relatively brought near to the other molding die 1 in such a manner that this molding die can be fitted and inserted into a middle hole 10 of the above-mentioned outer peripheral ring 8. The thermoplastic molten resin 15 is injected into a gap, by which the molten resin is molded under pressurization. The stamper 3 imposed with the high-temp. molten resin exhibits an expansion effect by the received heat at the time of this molding, but the expansion errors between the front and the rear are absorbed by a curvilinear arc part 6 and the crack or distortion by the erroneous expansion is prevented.
