Abstract:

PURPOSE: To mount more than two kinds of portable computers on a docking device to use them.

CONSTITUTION: A connector 24 for the personal computer 12 is fitted to a main body 20. A pair of guide members 30 are formed on the supporting face 22A of a main body cover 22 so that they extend along the protruding direction of the connector 24. A flat tray 28 on which the personal computer 12 is installed is supplied so that it can slide. A connector 26 for the personal computer whose size differs from the personal computer 12 and which is a size smaller than the personal computer 12 is supported in a position a little to the left of the main body 20.
