Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a laser in which its output can be continuously attenuated without considerably decreasing an applied voltage of an exciting lamp and a laser light having a small output can be stably output.
CONSTITUTION: A shielding member 14 has a magnetic element 16 to be movable on a laser medium 13. When a magnet 15 is moved, the element 16 is attracted, and the shielding cylinder 14 moves in a direction where the magnet 15 is moved. If a quantity of the light irradiating to the medium 14 to be shielded by the moved cylinder 14 is increased, an laser output is decreased.
