CONSTITUTION: When a main body 1 is put in a forward moving process, a directional control valve 31 is switched, and an air cylinder 8 is released to the atmosphere, and a top brush 3 is lowered, and brushing is carried out on a vehicle upper surface by driving a motor. After the forward moving time brushing is finished, and when a tilting sensor 10 confirms that the top brush is hung down, driving of the motor is stopped. When the main body is put in a backward moving process in succession, directional control valves 31 and 32 are switched, and pneumatic pressure P is introduced to the air cylinder 8, and the brushing is started by driving the motor, and a blower is also driven, and energizing of the air cylinder is released, and a top nozzle 11 is lowered, and drying is started.
