Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control output of a d.c. high voltage generation circuit not to go over a limiting value by combining an output signal of a comparator with that of an error amplifier when a high voltage proportion signal becomes higher than a high voltage limiting value. CONSTITUTION:A comparation amplifier 11 generates a voltage higher than an output voltage of an error amplifier 8 to make a diode 13 off when a high voltage proportion signal is lower than a high voltage limiting value. Then, when it goes over the limiting value, the comparation amplifier 11 generates a voltage lower than the output voltage of the error amplifier 8 to make the diode 13 on so as to combine the output voltage of the error amplifier 8 with that of the comparation amplifier 11. Accordingly, a limiting voltage supplied to a high voltage generation circuit 3 is controlled not to go over the limiting value.
