To provide a nasal dilator which prevents nasal blocking without requiring an article to be inserted into the nasal cavity.
The nasal dilator comprises a single body truss which has a pair of end part surfaces separated at a distance; end part engaging means which are fixed to the end part surfaces and can be engaged with exposed surfaces of such outer wall tissue to sufficiently maintain the engagement against the restoration force; and an intermediate engaging means which is fixed to the truss at the surface positioned between the end part surfaces and can be engaged with the exposed surfaces of the human body structure between the exposed surfaces of the outer wall tissue engaged by the end part engaging means but has adhesion weaker than adhesion by the end part engaging means in the engagement with the outer wall tissue.
