PURPOSE: To cope appropriately even in case of having been confronted with various emergencies and dangerous states, by constituting the titled device so that communication can be executed mutually between plural pieces of moving bodies, and also, displaying selectively the present position of other moving body being the other party of communication.

CONSTITUTION: When a prescribed function key on a keyboard is depressed, the device enters into a start state, and a radio wave from plural pieces of artificial satellites for constituting a whole world position measuring system GPS is received. On the other hand, when mutual communication to other moving body which is moving at present is required, an operator of the equipped moving body turns ON a manual switch 44 and receives a radio wave signal from other moving body, which is received by an antenna 11, by a data processing/communication control part 41. Also, at the time of displaying the present position of other moving body being the other party of communication, on a display part 6, a display selecting key 45 is turned ON. Moreover, an intrinsic call code is put onto plural pieces of moving bodies which become objects of mutual communication. As for this mutual communication, a microphone, etc. can be used, and also, it can be executed digitally through a keyboard of the control part 41.
