Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a neodymium permanent magnet motor in which demagnetization resistance can be enhanced near a slit, while maintaining or enhancing flux density.SOLUTION: In the rotor 6 of a permanent magnet motor (motor part 4), a plurality of magnet insertion holes 32 into which neodymium permanent magnets 33 are inserted in the circumferential direction are formed, and slits 38 are formed on the outer peripheral side of these magnet insertion holes 32. The neodymium permanent magnets 33 are divided into a plurality of magnet parts (33a-33c), and the slits 38 are arranged so that the inner peripheral side ends face between the magnet parts. Between the magnet parts facing the inner peripheral side ends of the slits 38, a demagnetization magnetic flux passing part (bridge 39) having a permeability higher than that of the neodymium permanent magnet 33 is provided. The width D of the demagnetization magnetic flux passing part in the circumferential direction and the width d between the inner peripheral side end of the slit 38 and the magnet insertion hole 32 satisfy a relation; D≤d.
