To provide a net-like fiber sheet obtained by allowing a carbon fine powder to be included in the fiber itself of the net-like fiber sheet, and as a result, to provide various kinds of products having excellent flexibility and heat-insulation effects, and capable of exhibiting excellent durability and deodorant effects.

This net-like fiber sheet is produced by extruding a thermoplastic resin containing one or more kinds of the carbon fine powders selected from Bincho-tan (a kind of charcoal), bamboo charcoal, an activated charcoal and a carbon black, and a foaming material, in a molten state from a slit to provide the net-like fiber sheet having 1-50 mm average distance between nodes, ≥0.0005 N/dtex tensile strength in the machine direction, and 1-150 μm average diameter of the fiber in the net-like fiber sheet, and extending one, or two or more of the sheets in the transverse direction at a specific magnification.
