Each of the inner surface material and the outer surface material is given the net shape by performing thermal fusion, under pressure, of intersections of longitudinal lines and lateral lines each of which consists of a resin wiring material. And in addition, the outer surface of the inner surface material and the inner surface of the outer surface material are fused, and cutting ends of those are processed by fray stopping for preventing fray.
