A network monitoring control system monitoring a configuration of a network device and controlling the network device is provided with a plurality of radio network devices which can be connected to a radio network, and a computer monitoring and controlling the radio network devices. A newly set radio network device establishes a radio link with a radio network device set adjacent to the newly set network device, transmits attribute information to the computer, transmits detach/attach information to the computer when the radio network device set adjacently detects an establishment of the radio link, and transfers to the computer the attribute information when the attribute information is received.
