Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect a change in a local network to which a terminal is connected.
SOLUTION: A network system is provided with: a plurality of links 1; an external network 2; and wireless terminals 1 making communication while moving between the links 1. Wireless LAN access points (wireless LAN APs) 4 which terminals 3 wirelessly access, routers 5 for making communication control when the wireless terminals 3 make communication with other links or the external network 2, and a hub 6 making connection control between the routers 5 and the wireless LAN APs 4 are connected to each of the links 1. Since the routers 5 include a link identifier in a router advertisement advertised to the external network 2 and the local network, the wireless terminal 3 receives the link identifier to simply and quickly recognize to which link the wireless terminal 3 is connected.
