Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, with hardware of a simple constitution, a neuro-element which can be highly, integrated by realizing a neural network, which uses a radius vector basic function.
SOLUTION: The collector of a transistor TR Q2 of a differential amplification circuit part 11 is connected to a first signal terminal S1 and a second reference terminal C2, provided in a 4-terminal and 2-input multiplier 16, provided in an operation part 15, and a collector voltage V2 is given to terminals S1 and C2. One end of a power source 25 which has the other end grounded is connected to a first reference terminal C1, and a second signal terminal S2 provided in the multiplier 16, and a voltage VCC/2 is respectively given from the power source 25 to terminals C1 and S2. A voltage between the first signal terminal S1 and the first reference terminal C1 and that between the second signal terminal S2 and the second signal terminal C2 are inputted to the multiplier 16 and are multiplied, and the result is outputted from output terminals OUT1 and OUT2 as {-(ΔV)2}.
