Abstract:
A fluorine-containing acetylene alcohol represented by the following formula (1), wherein Rf is a linear or branched perfluoroalkyl group having 3 to 100 carbon atoms and may have an ether bond, -C-O-C-, Q is a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and R1 is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, ora fluorine-containing acetylene alcohol represented by the following formula (2), wherein Rf and Q are as defined above, R1, R2 and R 3 may be the same with or different from each other and represent an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and Z is a divalent organic group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms.
