Abstract:
To obtain an excellent preventive/treating agent for cancers and provide a method for screening the same.
A protein or a polynucleotide is useful as a diagnosis marker and the like for diagnosing cancers, neurodisgenerative disorders, autoimmune diseases and the like. A compound inhibiting activity of the protein, or the protein obtained by the method for screening the cancer using the polynucleotide or a compound inhibiting gene expression of the protein is used as a preventive/curing agent for cancers and an apotosis promoter.
