PURPOSE: To provide a new compd. useful to exterminate parasites of plants, parasites of houses and parasites of homeotherms.
CONSTITUTION: This compd. is expressed by formula I, for example, [1 R,(1α,3α)]-3-[(Z)-2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoro-1-propenyl]-2,2-dimethylcyclopropane carboxylic acid [2,6-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]methyl. In formula I, X is H, 1-4C alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl, CN, 1-10C aralkynyl; Y is halogen, CH2F, CHF2 or CF3; A is formula II [Z1, Z2 are each methyl or Z1 is H and Z2 is formula III (Z3 is H or halogen; T1, T2 are each H, halogen, 1-8C alkoxy, 1-8C alkyl, phenyl or the like), formula IV ((a) to (d) are each halogens) or the like], formula V, formula VI (U is halogen, 1-8C alkyl or 1-8C alkoxy; and (m) is 0 to 2)]. The compd. of the formula I is obtd. by the reaction of an acid expressed by A-CO2H and an alcohol expressed by formula VII.
