Abstract:

To provide a Ni-based superalloy capable of decreasing formation of a γ-γ' eutectic without raising a production cost, and a turbine wheel made thereof.SOLUTION: A Ni-based superalloy contains 0.1≤C≤0.3 mass%, 8.0≤Cr≤12.0 mass%, 1.0≤Mo≤5.0 mass%, 10.0≤Co≤20.0 mass%, 0.1≤Nb+Ta≤2.3 mass%, 0.1≤Nb≤2.3 mass%, 0.0≤Ta≤2.2 mass%, 1.2≤Ti≤3.5 mass%, 5.0≤Al≤7.0 mass%, 0.0≤V≤1.5 mass%, 0.005≤B≤0.030 mass%, 0.05≤Zr≤0.15 mass%, and the balance of Ni and inevitable impurities. A turbine wheel is made of the Ni-based superalloy and used for a turbocharger for an automobile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
