Ni(OH)2 and NiO are contained in nickel powder, and the composition in the surface is, by mole, 5-20% Ni, 25-75% Ni(OH)2, and 15-65% NiO. The composition in the surface is measured by the X-ray photoelectron spectral analysis method.
