To provide a nitration reaction method in a deoxidized high-temperature high-pressure water environment and an apparatus therefor.
The nitration reaction method comprises effecting a nitration reaction of a substrate organic compound by employing nitric acid as a nitrogen source in a reaction site of high-temperature high-pressure water and using a microtube continuous reaction apparatus for a nitric acid-resistant environment, where deoxidized carrier water and/or a deoxidized nitric acid aqueous solution is used. The microtube continuous reaction apparatus for a nitric acid-resistant environment used for the nitration reaction method has a structure constituting a continuous reaction system where a microtube reactor arranged in an oven retainable at a set temperature, a feeding apparatus for feeding a nitrogen-source reagent and the substrate to the reactor by high-temperature high-pressure water, high-pressure pumps at least for sending carrier water, for introducing the nitrogen-source reagent and for introducing the substrate, and a cooling apparatus for cooling the reaction product are linked via a piping system so that the continuous reaction can be carried out.
