New 4-deoxysugar nitrosoureas corresponding to the following formula in the form of either the alpha or the beta anomer, in which - R1 denotes especially an alkyl group containing 1 to 12 carbon atoms, - R4 denotes especially H, - R6 denotes especially OH, - Nu denotes the group -(C:O)-N(-NO)-CH2CH2Hal', Hal' denoting especially chlorine. These compounds can be used for the preparation of medications.
