PURPOSE: To simultaneously analyze individual samples by providing a nuclear magnetic resonance analyzing device, a plurality of signal detection channels and a sample tube.
CONSTITUTION: A superconducting magnet 31 forming a high magnetic field is housed in a cryostat. The cryostat is provided with a hole 30 in which a probe module 32 is provided at room temperature. A spinner assembly 33 housing a sample tube 80 is attached to the upper end of the module 32. The assembly 33 is performed by a pressurized-chamber air supplying source 34 coupled to the spinner for supporting the tube 80 in an axial magnetic flux of a magnet 31. An RF transmitter/receiver and a signal processor 35 are connected to the module 32. The probe is provided with a means to excite a sample in the tube 80 and to detect a resonance spectrum. The signal processor 35 also contains a means to lead through and display the spectrum distribution of the sample during testing as shown schematically by a displaying means 36.
